Four months ago, I re-created that drool-inducing street food found only in NYC: chicken & rice a la the famous halal cart on 53rd & 6th. And I did a damn good job of mimicking it, if I can say so myself! Since then, I've gotten quite a few inquiries about the exact recipe. I promise I will try to re-create it once more in the next month... so stay put! And thanks for visiting my blog. :)
