Doah's Ultimate Favorite Things

It was an end of an era of sorts when the Oprah Winfrey Show bid farewell to the world last week.  But fear not, Oprah fans.  As you know, she ain't abandoning the air waves quite yet as she's replacing the Show with the Network.  Please pray tell, is there anything that woman cannot do?

While I can't say I'm an Oprah-lover, I do respect her for her charitable deeds and diligent discipline that has brought her to where she is now.  I also love to watch the "Oprah's Ultimate Favorite Things" episode, both in awe and envy.  I am no Oprah (and never will I be), but for kicks and giggles, here's a list of some of my newest, favoritest food products.  (disclaimer: I'm not endorsing for pay).

1) Magnum Ice Cream { link }

Thank you for finally coming to America!!  Owned by the British/Dutch co. Unilever, Magnum is the perfect treat at any time of the day and year.  Currently there are six flavors available in the U.S.: White, Double Chocolate, Almond, Classic, Double Caramel, and Dark.  Like most delicious things, this ice cream on a stick is not the healthiest averaging about 300 calories a bar.  Still, you must try!  It might just change your life.

2) TJ's Powerberries { link }

This stuff is so good that it's bad.  But I like to think of them as "healthy chocolates."  Get your fix of antioxidents with a hint of chocolate.  And soon enough, you too will wonder, 'Why eat regulate chocolate beans when you can eat these magically ones?'

3) TJ's Gone Bananas

You're probably hating my list if you're chocolate-adverse, but for the rest of your normal folks (still love you, chocolate-haters), TJ's chocolate-covered bananas bites is a MUST TRY.  Go find them in the freezer section at your local TJ's.  These too, may change your life.  Best of all, they're 120 calories for 6!

More to come... next time, no chocolate, I promise!
