Sweetsalt

Looking for a quaint sandwich shop with a good selection of sandwiches and desserts in the Valley?  Sweetsalt is your place!

This hole-in-wall is inviting and cozy.  The owners are friendly.  The food is as good as it looks.  The prices are reasonable.  What more can you ask for, really?

Short Rib Roll (braised short rib, onion confit, goat cheese, garlic arugula on a brioche bun) - $11

The best part of the short rib roll was actually not the short rib, but the roll.  That being said, any delicious bread only enhances its fillings, making the sandwich extra tasty.  Good work.

Lobster Roll (lobstah, aioli, fresh herbs served on a French roll) - $15

Pecan Pie Cookie - $2.95
While I'm not a huge fan of pecan pie, the pecan pie cookie was excellent.  Since it is in cookie form, there isn't an overload of the super sweet pecan filling.  The other pie cookies all looked delicious too!
