Tucked away in an area that hardly feels like Santa Monica, Tada is one of very few eateries in a 3-block radius. It comes to no surprise that the place is frequented by familiar faces, many of whom are employed by Tada's next door neighbor,
TOMS. Thankfully (especially for them), it comes to much relief that Tada is actually quite good at taking fresh ingredients and transforming them into simple, but delicious meals.
Being neither an employee of TOMS nor any nearby company, I actively sought out Tada merely as a hungry and curious foodie. Living a nice walking distance from the place did not hurt either. In brief, this "community kitchen" is cute, fresh, and serves good eats. Best of all, it won't kill your wallet.
