Clementine

When I work in Century City, I will eat at Clementine's everyday... until I go broke... which might be after one week. Although I'm not thrilled about their prices, I still get ecstatic over their food. Why? For one, everything is super fresh. Second, the flavors used in their innovative recipes complement each other really well. For instance, I just tried their Autumn Chicken Salad sandwich: the apples, grapes, and watercress in the salad brought out the nutty flavor in the pecan raisin bread -- it was brilliant! Third, their baked goods are out of this world too. Fourth, they work off of seasonal menus, so they always have some interesting, unconventional sandwich or baked goods that ends up impressing your (or at least my) taste buds like whoa. Plus, it's super quaint.
Check 'em out... and tell them I sent ya ;)

House-roasted top round beef with avocado, red onions, pickled jalapenos, lettuce, mayo, and cheese on toasted rustic bread - $10.95

Make it a combo w/ soup or salad on the side - $9.95
Yumz!
