I may not be a huge fan of American pancakes, but I can probably eat a tall stack of Danish pancakes under 30 min. What's the difference, you ask? Besides being infinitely better, Danish pancakes are very thin -- almost crepe-like. Love that.
Ellen's is a homey spot with very warm service and quick and delicious food. Dear Paula's w/ your ridiculous 45 min. wait, you ain't the only notable pancake house in town, but you probably already knew that.
