After receiving the best news of the year, a former co-worker and I scooted over to Hama Sushi for a quick bite.
Albacore and Salmon sashimi.
Spicy tuna roll.
Yup, that's all I needed for my weekly sushi fix and to learn Hama knows how to handle their sushi right. Simple, and without frills, everything was fresh and delicious... but I still vote Sushi-Gen as my favorite in Little Tokyo.
