Rose Cafe & Market

Rose Cafe is very Venice. In other words, it's bohemian, artsy, and hip. Thankfully you don't have to be any of those to eat there.

The baked goods and breakfast foods are reasonably priced and delectable. The best part, however, is the patio seating in the back. The extra wait is worth it!

Eggs Benedict - two poached eggs served on English muffin with smoked ham, drizzled with Hollandaise sauce - $9.95

Vegetarian Quiche - asparagus, leeks, oven-dried tomato and Fontina cheese with mixed greens - $9.95

Pictures from a recent trip:
Sunday Brunch Special - Medium poached eggs topped with red onion and chive salad, over smoked salmon and rosemary bread w/ side salad - $12.50

Ham & Cheese Omelet - prosciutto, swiss, cheddar & goat cheese with chives - $12.50

Huevos Rancheros - 2 eggs over easy on a crispy tortilla, layered with pinto beans & cheese, roja sauce and guac in the side - $12.50

Soft Scramble - soft scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and asparagus - $12.50

PS - Their Spanish Latte and Pomegranate Lemonade are the beverage winners!
