Urth Caffe (food)

Urth has good coffee - fact. Their 100% chemical free, certified organically grown whole bean coffee is, undoubtedly, their pride and joy. But their salads and sandwiches also fare quite well. There IS such a thing as happy, healthy eating! Go give this hipster mecca a try.

With mixed greens, hearts of palm, garbanzo beans (all organic), Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, pine nuts, and tossed in a vinegrette, the classic Urth Salad is always a crowd pleaser.

Chicken Quesadilla - $11.95

Grilled chicken and Monterey Jack cheese in a warm flour tortilla and served with black beans, guac, and salad on the side. (other options incude: tuna, grilled veggies, soy cheese).

Who gets Mexican at an organic place, right? Well, turns out, the quesadilla was delicious.

Urth's Farmer Salad - $12.50

Urth's Farmer Salad is also delicious. it includes French radishes, grilled artichokes, shaved fennel, shaved parm, and glazed pecans over a bed of organic baby spinach with a peppercorn dressing.
